If you’re a freelancer, startup founder, small business, student, remote employee, or just someone who needs a productive place to work—you're welcome here. We do have a few restrictions (like no retail or walk-in service businesses), but most professionals will feel right at home.

Custom rates might be available for civic groups or non-subsidized teams—just ask!

Nope. Private offices require a 6-month minimum, but after that you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Coworking memberships and studio passes are month-to-month and cancelable with just 7 days' notice.

Yep! If you’re a paid member, you can come and go anytime. Day pass users have access from 8 AM to 8 PM.

It’s super easy—just use the Coworks app to reserve meeting rooms or the content studio. Paid members can use meeting spaces at no extra cost (pending availability).

Things happen. If your payment is late, a 10% fee kicks in. If it's more than 14 days overdue, we may pause your access until it's sorted out.

Absolutely. Bring clients, collaborators, or teammates—but make sure they follow the space rules and act like good guests.

Working late? Totally fine. Sleeping over? Nope. This is a workspace, not a dorm or crash pad. Overnight stays or living out of your office isn't allowed.

Only trained service animals. We love furry friends, but for safety and allergy reasons, we keep it service-animal only.

We take your privacy seriously. We collect only what we need to run the space—like your name, contact info, and payment details. Surveillance cameras are only in shared areas (never in offices or bathrooms), and we don’t sell or share your data.
