Use our pro-level content studio for podcasting or video shoots—fully equipped with mics, lights, backdrops, and more. Just bring your laptop and reserve your spot.

Totally depends on what you need.
Private offices start with a 6-month lease, and you can keep it going up to 3 years if you want.
Coworking memberships and studio passes are month-to-month.
Just need a spot for the day? Grab a day pass—no strings attached. -
Not everyone, but most people do. We just want to make sure it’s a good fit for the space. If your work brings in a lot of walk-in traffic (like a hair salon or retail shop), it might not be the best match. Otherwise, we’d love to have you.

You don’t have to be launching a startup to work here. We’ve got remote workers, freelancers, creatives, and small business folks too. If you’re looking for a solid place to get stuff done—you qualify.

Not necessarily. You’re still welcome to use the space if there’s availability, but if you’re not a business owner, you might qualify for a non-subsidized rate instead. Just reach out and we’ll walk you through your options.

Yep, it might. If you’re in a private or micro office, the rate goes up by $100 every 12 months. For coworking and studio memberships, there could be a small increase each year on your sign-up anniversary. We’ll always give you a heads-up before anything changes—no surprises.
