Use of the studio must be pre-scheduled using the Coworks app. Equipment provided includes high-quality microphones (2), headphones (2), mixer (1), studio lighting (2), ring light (1), television (1), and changeable backdrop (colors vary). User must provide a compatible recording device (laptop). Also includes access to communal spaces, such as lounges, kitchen areas, restrooms, and other shared amenities, during your scheduled session. The content creation studio is available to paid coworking and office users for content creation use or meetings at no additional fee pending availability and must be reserved in advance. There shall be no reference to Schnase 1906 District in any broadcasted or published media without the written consent of management.

Includes flexible, short-term access to our coworking space, allowing individuals to utilize our shared workspaces and amenities for a single day from 8am - 8pm. Day passes can be scheduled in advance or day of use and end at 8pm of the scheduled day unless special arrangements have been made in advance.
Does not include usage of any rooms including conference room, meeting room, or content creation studio. If you would like access to these private rooms only, please book a room instead of a pass.
